Allah has made mercy into one hundred parts. He kept with Himself ninety-nine parts and sent down one part to the earth, so because of the creation is merciful such that a horse raises its hoof over its child for fear of hurting it.

Allahu Akbar! The love of Allah is infinite, incomprehensible and beyond our imagination. Yes! Beyond our imagination and only if we could imagine, our brains would pop and our hearts would shatter into pieces, not able to withstand the tremendous pressure of knowing Allah’s love. I also said incomprehensible, because I don’t understand how Allah still loves us despite knowing our recurring flaws and disobedience towards Him. We may have found 101 ways to disobey Allah, yet he loves us and finds even micro opportunities to forgive us and creates for us multitudes of opportunities to be forgiven.
Subhaan Allah! Every day is a struggle for each one of us in this world. We have this dunya-obsessive-compulsive disorder, always in a hurry to do chores, strike points in our long to-do lists, busy in studies, career, personal accomplishments and whatnot. Why is it hard for us to understand that this dunya is temporary? We live in a temporary world and nothing is going to last forever. What is meant for us will never fail to reach us and what is not meant for us will never succeed in reaching us. So we need not worry or stress too much about it. But yes, we can have positive stress towards attaining goals of hereafter journey. This stress is actually helpful and will always keep us on a steady mode and increase our productivity levels.
How do we know that Allah loves us?
So each one of us will be afflicted with different trials and tribulations so that our Imaan can shine brightly and we can be a source of guidance for others.
Do you think we can even ask this? It is so obvious that there is no end to Allah’s love. Allah has showered innumerable blessings upon us even when we deserve it the least. Just imagine how beautifully He has designed the whole universe and how impeccably the duties are allocated to each one of them to carry out their tasks without any glitch. For example: Just look at the sky, Alhamdulillaah it spreads throughout the vast area without any foundational pillars for support. Did you anytime on the sky see any signboard/banner/hoarding put up stating: ‘Danger!’, ‘Temporary shutdown!’ or ‘Work in progress!’. It’s so perfectly spread above us by the will of Allah. This sky is also decorated with stars, moons and planets. Each one of them plays a vital role and shows their obedience towards Allah without doubt. Sun comes out at an appointed time and the bright beaming rays are spread to give us hope of a new beginning and hope of being a better striving Muslim. Then the moon comes out and darkness envelops so that it’s a resting time for all of us. Sleep is also one of the most important blessings indeed. Not that Allah discriminates on the basis of our bank balance or status. Allah ensures the blessing of sleep to all so that we can relax after a tiring day. The sight of twinkling stars is so peaceful to see. It teaches that stars shine brightly in darkness and stars also aid in getting directions. So each one of us will be afflicted with different trials and tribulations so that our Imaan can shine brightly and we can be a source of guidance for others.
I came across someone giving this striking example of taking medicated syrups. It is mentioned in syrup bottles that shake well before use. Why? So that it is effective in providing maximum relief and penetrate to the required place of healing. In the same way, Allah shakes us to elevate our levels and make our journey towards Jannah an easy affair.
So we need to understand Allah’s love and reciprocate it to the best of our abilities and He will accept it according to His greatness.
Our faith in Allah should remain strong and not falter even in the face of greatest storms. There are Angels appointed for bringing Quranic revelations, sprinkling rain, blowing the trumpet when Allah commands, extracting souls etc. So I guess you all know the names of Angels with their respective tasks. If not, do the home work and find out about it and reap the Ajr 🙂
Also it is so enlightening to know that Allah has appointed guardian angels to protect us. So what do these guardian angels do? They are always beside us protecting us from any harm. Haven’t we heard so and so was just escaped from the great mishap and no harm occurred. I call them Soldier Angels. Yes, Allah has appointed soldiers to protect us.
He sent messengers to guide mankind and our Prophet Muhammed (S.A.W) was the last of them. And indeed we are blessed to be Ummat-e-Mohammadiya. Prophet Muhammed (S.A.W) lived and showed us the correct way of leading our lives. Prophetic way of living will enable us to lead a successful life both in this world and hereafter. Quran as an instruction manual is provided which is healing and mercy to mankind. Powerful weapon of Dua is gifted to us so that we can conquer great things with the mercy of Allah. A perfectly customised Taqdeer plan has been crafted by Allah for each one of us. He has chosen spouses for us who are means of tranquillity for each other. He has undertaken major decision making processes in the best interest of us. So we need to understand Allah’s love and reciprocate it to the best of our abilities and He will accept it according to His greatness.
How do we know if we love Allah?
Simple! Obedience to Allah and leading prophetic way of life becomes easy to adhere to. There is happiness and contentment with whatever Allah has blessed us with. We start to entrust all our matters to Allah. Indeed Allah never fails in his promise, and He will provide us from sources which we never imagined.
Oh Allah! Fill our hearts with Your love and the love of those whom You love.
Oh Allah! I fear my imperfect writing will do injustice to Your perfection.
